Repair plaster where necessary. Make sure surface is clean and dry. Previously coated* surface in poor condition: Remove existing paint. New mineral substrate: For a long-term coating, apply 2 to 3 coats Pera Tennis Floor directly onto mineral surface. First coat must be diluted with 10% water, consecutive coats to be applied undiluted. Previously coated with PVA paint: On previously coated, prepared surfaces, 2 coats of Pera Tennis Foor should be applied.  NB: Pera Tennis Floor should not be applied on Epoxy Paints. DO NOT use Pera Tennis Floor on clay courts. Remember, a system is only as good as the substrate.
