Break open large cracks and remove all loose plaster. Soak work area with Pera Seal and allow to dry. Add Pera Marbel Dust Fine (MD200) +/- 10% to the Pera Repair Compound, to form a thick paste and apply 2 to 3 layers. Allow sufficient drying time between layers. Smooth surface while still wet, as it cannot be sanded when dry.   Sealing of roofs: Remove loose screws and narrow hole by inserting matchsticks or wood shavings. Dip screw into Pera Repair Compound and fasten firmly. Holes and gaps can be sealed by flashing. Do not try to seal corroded roofs, as this would only be a temporary solution. Flashing: Make sure surface is clean and dry. For plastered surfaces seal with Pera Seal. Apply a thin layer of Pera Repair Compound and cover with netting. Allow to dry and apply a second layer. Smooth surface while still wet, as it cannot be sanded when dry. NB: Pera Repair Compound may not be used to repair cracks in swimming pools or any other area, where it will be covered by water. Tools must be cleaned with water immediately after use. For Pera Seal and roof coatings see relevant datasheets. Remember a system is only as good as the substrate. Pera Rooffelting Paint is a durable, flexible and weather resistant roof insulation, which was especially developed for the coastal environment. Rinse surface with clean water. Apply 1 coat Pera Rooffelting Paint 10% thinned with water. Leave to dry and apply two coats Pera Rooffelting Paint un-thinned. Use Pera Rooffelting Paint between overlapping sheets as glue.   Previously painted Roof felting: Existing surface in poor condition - Replace roof felting sheets with new once and proceed as in (a). Existing surface in good condition – Wash surface with clean water, to remove dust, loose particles or salt. On the clean and dry surface apply 2 coats undiluted Pera Rooffelting Paint Paint.   New Fibre Cement: Make sure surface is clean and dry. Proceed as in (a).   Previously painted fibre cement: Existing surface in poor condition – remove existing paint completely. Make sure surface is clean and dry. Proceed as in (c.). Existing surface in good condition – total surface should be cleaned with clean water, to remove dust and loose particles or salt. On the prepared surface apply 2 coats undiluted Pera Rooffelting Paint. NB: Always clean surface from loose particles, salt ect.
