Touch up holes and cracks with Flexfill (XRP-2) or PeraCrackfiller (MXF-2) (Seal Pera Crackfiller. with Pera Seal (B-30)). Make sure surface is clean and dry. Previously coated* surface in poor condition: Remove existing paint. Ensure substrate is completely dry and clean. Apply one coat Anti Salt Primer (MB-20). Leave to dry for 2 days Apply with 2 coats Pera Fine Tex with a lambwool roller and if desired, immediately drag with block brush for pattern. NB: Due to the surface texture of Pera Fine Tex, touch-up areas will appear different in colour. It is therefore advisable to paint the surface from joint to joint or corner to corner. It is recommended for interior and exterior use on primed plaster-, concrete- and fibre cement substrates, offering a hardwearing and good cleanable exclusive finish with very high water-vapour permeability together with excellent water repellency and extreme durability. Existing surface in good condition – On previously coated, prepared surfaces, 2 coats of undiluted Pera Micro Tex should be applied. This coating system will not be “permeable” due to the previous coatings underneath the Pera Micro Tex.
